Policies

 ITEM POLICIES 
Please understand that each item in my shop is completely handmade and unique, making each item different from the rest. All items will vary in their quantities of gold leaf, flowers and other embellishments. Items may have a few bubbles and uneven surfaces such as gold leaf and flowers. 
RETURNS/REFUNDS
All items are non refundable, if you are unhappy with your item/s please contact me via my Instagram or “contact” through my website, alternatively you may return the item at your own expense within 14 days of receiving, only when I receive the item/s back will I issue a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packing, a damaged item will NOT be eligible for a refund. Intimate items such a earrings, hair combs and necklaces are non returnable for hygiene reasons. 
SHIPPING POLICIES 
Once you place your order with me, if it’s a premade item I will aim to ship it within 3-5 days , custom orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped. Once your item is posted it’s no longer my responsibility, I will not give replacements or refunds for lost or damaged items during transit. Please allow up 3 weeks for 2nd class in the uk and up to a 4 weeks for international orders. If you believe your parcel is lost please consult with your local depot/post office to see if they have any parcels under your name and address. I take no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels as this is completely out of my control therefore will not refund/replace items in this case.
